On Shemini Atzeret, we add these words to the Amidah. This art project creates a visual representation of wind and the fall season using the students’ own breath. First, discuss the text. What qualities of God do the words describe?

Put the paint on the paper and have students use their own wind power to blow the image of a tree. Then, they can create leaves blowing in the wind with bits of torn paper.
